Buying process at this dealership was easy from start to finish. From finding the vehicle online, getting there and finding it to actually be what they portrayed it as online, to the friendly help from Devan, the salesman who worked with me. Devan had a very friendly, easy going, no pressure attitude the whole time. I could tell his main priority was my satisfaction with his services. Stopped in to look at the Ram trucks, Terry Miller showed me around. No pressure whatsoever, just the way I like it. I came back a few days later for a test drive. Loved the truck, decided to make a deal. Thanks to Nick and Jeff, the finance guys, they were able to get me to the monthly payment and term I needed. Terry was awesome throughout. He made sure the truck was prepped well for me at pickup, took care of a minor repair, introduced me to the service team. When I was ready to buy a new Jeep Wrangler, I wanted to have a dealer and salesperson to contact rather than random chance. In preparation, I had talked to a couple of salespeople at other dealers and looked online to read reviews. No one ever jumped out at me as someone I'd like to work with. Then someone I know mentioned a salesperson he dealt with when he bought his last Jeep. He thought the salesperson was a pretty good guy and worked with him to get him what he needed. The salesperson's name is Todd Roske. I held on to his info and waited until I was ready to buy. When the color I wanted became available, I emailed Todd. He called me and we set up an appointment. Both my husband and I liked him upon our first meeting. We sat down to build a vehicle and Todd walked us through all of the options so that we had a good understanding and I would get exactly what I wanted. I didn't buy anything that day because the One Touch Top was not available on the color I wanted. Todd promised he would keep an eye on it's availability and a month or so later, he called me to tell me Jeep just opened up the option. We went in that weekend and ordered the vehicle. Todd was very good at explaining all my options and in the end, I felt confident I was getting exactly what I wanted. The trade in process was also good. We eventually came to a price I had peace with and the financing with Al Uber, F&I manager, was simple and pressure free. All around, this was a very good experience.
