Not being one to write a review, though I read them prior to buying anything I felt the need to describe my recent experience with Nissan of McKinney. Upon arriving we were cordially met by two well dressed and obviously well informed salesmen. Once told we didn't know if we wanted to buy, a new or used vehicle we were directed to the pre-owned lot and advised where to find new vehicles. Then we were left to wonder on our own, but with one of the two salesmen politely close by to answer any question. Four hours later my wife decided on the car she wanted so we began what I thought would once again be the dreaded price negotiation process. That didn't happen!! Our salesman Mr. Amos Shearry asked a few simple questions, trade-in, cash deal, finance...yours or ours, how long do you want to finance for and away we went. I had an outstanding experience at Nissan of McKinney. Brett made this one of the best car buying experiences ive ever had. He gave me all the information ive needed over the phone, and worked out all the payments i needed. Nate was a great salesman! He showed me the in's and out's of each vehicle I was interested in, which made for a great experience in buying my first car! I love my Rogue!!!! I was really hesitant to going back to Nissan of McKinney due to horrible past experiences. However, I'd heard they were under a whole new management team and they are the closest Nissan dealer to my house. I figured I'd give them one last shot, and I am so glad I gave them that one last chance. The whole staff was very respectful, and professional. They had a huge and I mean huge selection of vehicles to choose from. They listened to all my needs and respected my time and budget. In the past these guys were not very competitive when it came to pricing and Nissan dealers around them always gave my family and I better pricing. This time they were more than competitive and get this. They are giving all their new car customers two years free maintenance. Not only did they give me a great price, but they are also taking care of my maintenance for two years. As I was leaving my salesman N. Bazih (who also did a excellent job) told me he had one more gift for me. The GM David Kelley came outside and gave me a little gift, shook my hand and gave me his card. He showed me where his office was and told me if there is anything I need to just come see him. I can't believe the turnaround Mr. Kelley and his staff have accomplished. Great Job guys!! If you've had a bad experience there in the past trust me guys this new group has turned Nissan of Mckinney around. Thank you!!
