This is the best dealership I’ve ever been serviced at! They have EXCELLENT customer service! They provided a loaner while my car was being repaired so I didn’t have to wait and the had all sorts of coffees juices and treats in the waiting area! They even filled my tank and cleaned my car before picking it up! Truly amazing culture as soon as you step out of the car! When I’m ready to upgrade my Lexus to an suv I will DEFINITELY be going here! Thank you Lexus if Tacoma!

My wife was recently in a terrible car accident and we needed to replace her car. We had several cars in mind and had already been to several dealerships to see them As soon as we walked into Lexus of Tacoma Joe met us at the door. I knew when he shook my hand I was going to like working with Joe. He was very professional, making us feel welcome and didn't try to hard sell us on a vehicle. When we went on a test drive he very calmly answered all of our questions and provided detail that was very helpful for us to make a decision. Joe also worked to ensure we had an acceptable deal when we did decide on the car we wanted to purchase. He also told us more than once we were now a part of the Lexus family and they would continue to support us throughout our time with the car. The purchasing process was very streamlined and all the people that helped us through it were knowledgeable and professional. We are excited to pick up the car this afternoon and to learn more about all the new technology. Since my wife cannot drive yet we were having trouble finding transportation to the dealership. When Joe contacted us he offered to come pick us up so that we could get our new car today. I would certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family and highly recommend Joe. We look forward to working with Lexus of Tacoma for years to come.
