I would like to compliment Rene Palonca for his professional courtesy and care shown to me these past 2 days while they worked on a leak to my power steering line. Rene showed so much care and compassion, that it was over whelming. He came to the lounge and checked on me many times and then went over the cost estimate before they began the work. He was just awesome. He is the main reason I continue to use Checkered Flag to service my car. I also compliment Bryan Parks, Valet, for the care he showed to me when I first pulled into the garage. You all should be very proud of Rene and Bryan.

Our experience with Checkered Flag Toyota was exceptional. From start to finish, our salesperson, Bill Mulligan, made us feel very comfortable. Bill's laid-back, professional, fiendly approach was exactly what we needed to be able to determine which vehicle was right for us. We went to purchase a new Camry. The contact person we were to meet was not at the dealership when we arrived but Michael Morales stepped right in without missing a beat. He appeared to know his product well. We had not completed the purchase prior to the closing time and Michael was not concerned with having to stay late along with some support staff. Although he was very efficient about completing the sale, he did not make us feel rushed. It was a good experience having him as our sales person. I would refer friends him for sales help.
