Came in for a scheduled oil change. Jess, the customer service tech I dealt with was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. They were busy but she took the time to address any issues I had and answer all my questions. I would recommend Friendly to anyone. (I was also out at the promised time, which is a huge plus)

The service department at Friendly Honda is always helpful and courteous. They pointed out items that need replacing or servicing now, and alerted me to things that will need servicing in the future. The repairs didn't take too long.

On Sunday, July 29, we stopped by Friendy Honda to get some information about a possible lease. We were teamed with Carlos Scaloni and were immediately put at ease. He took us step by step regarding exactly what we wanted in our vehicle and we ended up choosing the CRV LX. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We picked up our new car on Saturday, August 4th and we would recommend Carlos and Jim Libutti, our finance manager, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. 5 star rating!!!

I had a great experience at Friendly Honda. Carlos was great and helped me find the car I was looking for at a great price. I never felt any pressure and Carlos was able to answer all the questions I had!
