Very accommodating. Took my vehicle in for an issue that had an extension to the warranty. The part was not in stock so I was given a loaner vehicle until the part came in. The part took a week. It was an inconvenience to be without my vehicle but Pinebelt made it as painless as possible. Thank-you Mary who was taking care of the service and Steve who gave me my loaner for your outstanding service. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from you. And although I do not know the person who worked on my vehicle, my wife says it's driving great! Ty.

I recently purchased a Subaru through Rob Tremarco (AKA Robbie Pinebelt) and the entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Rob was professional, patient and kind every step of the way. He truly listened to all my car buying concerns and answered all my questions. I had my daughter with me and he treated her like a little princess throughout the process. I highly recommend Rob if you want a sales person that you can trust and who you can be sure has your best interests in mind at all times. My husband has since consulted with Rob on many occasions on a new car purchase and Rob has never once pressured him into a sale. I made an appointment to have the radio screen replaced (second time) for Aug 27, 2019 at 9 am. When I arrived, I was asked if I called to check to see if the part was in. I said of course not, that's not my job. I was then told that the part was not ordered.When I was told it could be 3 to 5 days for it to arrive, I said I would reschedule the appointment. I was then told that I could not do that as it would void the 30 day half price agreement. The fact that the part was not ordered wasn't my fault. I was then told that it would be easier as the car would have to have to taken apart to access the part information. I brought the car in on August 9, 2019 to diagnose the issue and paid $109. Therefore why was the part information not recorded on that day? The part was installed on August 29, 2019 and I did pick up the car that evening. I was given a substantial fee discount, for which I am appreciative. Thankfully all worked out in the end however it was upsetting that a mix up happened when scheduling the service but not ordering the part. It should not fall to the customer to have to check on the parts when they are due for service.
