Could not be happier with our experience at Jay Wolfe and with Maurice! Everything from the second we drove onto the lot, to the moment we drove away couldn't have been better. There were no high pressure salesmen running out onto the lot as we looked at vehicles. When we went inside, Maurice greeted us and was very knowledgeable and professional. The price, condition, mileage, features, and everything else about the car was perfect. They even filled up the gas tank for us before we left! Easy financing took less than 30 mins total, good interest rates, and they even have massage chairs for you to relax in while you wait for the paperwork to be ready. I really don't know what else you could ask for out of a dealership and out of a car salesman. Thanks again Jay Wolfe and Maurice! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Every time I bring my 4Runner in for the routine service, Pam Oakes always explains everything and goes the extra step for exceptional customer service. Not only do I love this vehicle but, also the service committment Jay Wolfe has for all of their customers. Even though we've had the truck for 4 years, the sales team comes by to say hello.

Personable, strait forward, and an acceptable cost. I tend to lean toward a better customer services and they will receive my business in the future,... perhaps even be an inroad to selling me a new car in the future. Fine example of customer care.
