I have a great salesperson that I love very much. His name is Paul Scannell. All I have to do is call him up and state what I want ex: car type, interior, and exterior. He has it pick out when I get there. We talk about it and then we go for a test drive and Paul explains all the features that are in the car. This is the 4 or 5th car I have bought from him. I would always go to Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough and have Paul Scannell for fm you salesperson.

The team was courteous, helpful and efficient. They understood my needs well and didn't try to upsell or distract me with something else. The process to complete the transaction was smooth and clearly explained.

Brenda David was excellent, she was knowledgeable and patient, great peraonality, Ienjoyed working with her . The GSM Mike was nice , but needs to lean about paperwork. As I had to drive the 45 minutes back to re sign something which was a pain.
