My car was serviced today, and I am totally satisfied. Luke Malloy saw to it that everything was done that I requested, and done in a timely fashion. This is no surprise to me as Luke has provided exceptional service on other occasions. I don't know what you pay him, but it's not enough for what he brings to the table; Luke is a real credit to your service department. I know there is alot more to the service department, but he is an excellent place to start. Also a good example to follow. Thank You

Steve & Mike from the time I walked in the front door of Herb Chambers Ford, until time I drove away with my new Ford F150 XLT, were informative, helpful & aimed to please the customer. These gentlemen were upfront with the information on the models I wanted to look at. We discussed options, financing & trade in. I feel they were straight & on target with all the information provided on vehicle information, rebate, incentives, trade in value & finance options. These 2 gentlemen made the purchase of my new truck easy & comfortable. I walked away from Herb Chambers Ford feeling is was a win - win for both Herb Chambers Ford & myself.

I have a great salesperson that I love very much. His name is Paul Scannell. All I have to do is call him up and state what I want ex: car type, interior, and exterior. He has it pick out when I get there. We talk about it and then we go for a test drive and Paul explains all the features that are in the car. This is the 4 or 5th car I have bought from him. I would always go to Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough and have Paul Scannell for fm you salesperson.
