This is my 3rd vehicle through Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. This was my best experience yet largely due to my salesman (and I would be pleased to call my friend) "Kennedy Lidonde". He applied absolutely zero pressure on the purchase which made me feel at ease. He is a very friendly and likeable man while being professional and knowledgeable. He was and is genuinely concerned with my experience and happiness about my purchase and options. If you are looking for a Toyota I highly recommend Kennedy. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention "Chris Stockert" in finance. He clearly explained everything while getting me the best possible rate for my new car. I hope to keep this newest car for a while but if not these are the people I will see again or recommend any one looking to seek out.

Got an awesome deal and excellent customer service when leasing a vehicle three years ago from Herb Chambers Toyota. Stephane was able to get the price within our budget and the whole process was handled professionally by everyone there. Was worth the trip from out of state and now that the lease it up, am considering making the trip again to get my next vehicle from this dealer. Hoping they can give me another great deal this time. Would love to be able to give yet another positive review based on my upcoming experience with Herb Chambers.

My wife and I have been customers of Herb Chambers Toyota for many years now. Tim Dalton is phenomenal at what he does and makes the car buying process simple and painless. One of our vehicles was recently involved in an accident and was deemed a total loss. I emailed Tim and within days our vehicle was replaced and our lives uninterrupted. What could have been a very stressful situation was made worry free by Tim. He always finds the right vehicle, at the right price, to fit our needs. Tim is a huge asset to Herb Chambers and as long as he is there, we would never buy from anywhere else. Thanks again Tim! As usual, we love the new ride!

Excellent service from an incredible staff. Gabriella, Marque, Stephane, and Shawn all went above and beyond to find us the perfect vehicle at an awesome price. Not your typical car buying experience, but rather a very pleasant and considerably speedy one. Before coming to Herb Chambers, we had a dealership that we had dealt with on a regular basis for several years. I figured since my daughter in law, Gabriella, worked for Herb Chambers and the dealership was only 20 minutes away, we would give them a shot. So glad we did, we will never go anywhere else!
