The technicians at Herb Chambers are well trained and good at their job. I have been going to Herb Chambers Seekonk for many years and the key reason is the service advisor Malainne. Malainne is courteous, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what is needed for a given repair. The service advisor makes all the difference for me because they are the connection between the technicians and the customer. Thanks to Malainne and the well trained mechanics, I have gotten many years out of my cars.
