Was greeted with efficiency, friendliness and candor (re wait time of 1.5hrs which differed from Honda Recall Letter of 45 min). Amenities offered in waiting area were quite nice and kept me occupied.

I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on a late Friday afternoon. After AAA put the doughnut tire on my CR-V, I drove quickly over to Herb Chambers to see if I could get a full replacement tire. Unfortunately, by the time I got there, the service technicians had left for the day. However, despite being full booked for Saturday, a service rep put me into the system for Saturday morning. I arrived that next morning at opening and was on my way within 30 minutes. I really felt like the staff went out of their way to accommodate me, which I know was not easy given such a heavily booked schedule. And the cost was very reasonable as well.
