Absolutely painless process. We were at lease end on our 2017 Honda Accord Sport manual transmission. I w/out appointment popped into the dealership and meet w/ Brian Mccaffrey. While they did not have the car we wanted on the lot and needed to locate it, we did go through the EASY negotiation process. 2 weeks later, the car was at the dealership. We showed up, 90 minutes later we were driving off the lot with our new car - 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 Manual. The total time at the dealership did not exceed 3 hours. SUPER EASY! Thank you, Brian and the whole Herb Chambers Honda Boston team!
