Even though it took a little more time to finalize the work on the car than I expected, I did not noticed it, as your office has wifi and I was able to finalize some work while waiting. People working at the dealership were nice, in this occasion as I came in for service, the valet guy and the guy who was at the counter were professional and friendly.

I was in and out of the dealership quicker than I have been with any other leasing experience. The whole staff was great. In particular, Paul Watson was a huge help with making this experience so smooth. He was very friendly and accommodating and clearly knew what he was talking about. I am planning on returning here after my 3 year lease is up.

Dewayne was extremely helpful and patient. This was my first time buying a new car and he took the time to go over everything with myself and my husband, and was happy to explain things about the price and financing more than once - we'd just moved from Mexico the day before and were absolutely exhausted so we needed things explained multiple times and he was more than happy to do so. When the Port Authority was holding up the delivery he called straightaway to let us know and was willing to see if a courtesy car could be arranged for the one day because I was starting a new job. Thankfully that wasn't necessary and we picked up the new car with no problem! Genuinely, Dewayne was amazing and I'd happily recommend him to others.

This was my first time at this new location as I purchased my car from this dealership at their previous address. When I walked in, I was not sure exactly where to go but was greeted almost immediately by Nick Tarquini. He helped me with the service I needed since I had an appointment for my inspection sticker. A couple of days prior I learned that I needed an oil change too and he was so helpful adding that on to my service. He gave me a two hour window for the work to be completed so I had a real expectation of time, but the work was completed in about an hour! He answered all my questions and was quite informative. I will definitely look for him the next time my car needs to be serviced.
