Sean DeSilva was super helpful in assisting me on getting a new key for my 2012 CRV as my child was headed off to college with the car the next day. Sadly I had waited until the last day to get an extra key. Sean helped me get the key made and I was able to send my child off to school with an extra key. Also kudos to Andrea in the parts department who was super courteous over the phone and when I came into store Andrea escorted my to service to make sure the service department could handle the paring of the key to the car.. What a pleasant visit I had this morning with Sean DeSilva when I dropped off my car for service. There wasn't too much wrong with my car other than an oil change, tires rotated and a general check up. Sean explained how these newer cars are like a cockpit in an airplane, when something is wrong it will display on the dashboard. I didn't know that, and to my surprise the bill was only $96.00. Sean was absolutely amazing.

This place was really great, I was greeted by Brian McCaffrey as soon as I entered. He took us right away even though we hadn’t booked an appointment. He made the whole process really relaxing and fun. Also was able to get me a great price for my trade in. Everyone there was wonderful. And the financing department was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for car to buy. Everyone was amazing, but I’d say Brian McCaffrey was the one that really sold me on the car. He was nice, funny, honest, and not pushy at all. 10/10 service!!!
