The entire team at Brookline Audi couldn’t have been more helpful. Everyone was so polite and explained patiently everything I needed to know. Kervens went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of my car throughout the day. He went over in detail what service done to the car at the time of pickup. Manny was excellent helping reset my myAudi app. And took time to help me, stepping away from something else he was involved with. Overall it was a very good experience.
