The service department is well run. Anthony greeted me at the door. He opened it since I am disabled. The repair was done quickly. While waiting Loretta made me a coffee. Overall, my experience st the Herb Chambers dealership was excellent. I would highly recommend using this Ford dealership for service.

I arrived at the scheduled time and was met by Luke who immediately took care of me. Called me when my vehicle was ready. Vehicle was washed and vacuumed. Can’t beat the service at that dealership!!

I arrived at their location just after they had opened on a Sunday morning. I was there to look at a specific car seen on-line. David came out to assist and we spoke as I looked. I was allowed a test drive alone which was good. When I returned David had an offer for my trade-in which wasn't accepted. (he had also mentioned driving the car home that da)y. His boss, Jay, increased their offer to what had previously been offered by other dealers and allowed payment of the balance to be made with a sizable personal check. When appropriate I met with Jay in finance to complete the requisite paperwork. When completed I was able to empty my trade and place them in a freshly detailed new to me 2016 Mustang EcoBoost. Running my fingers across that finish was a pleasant experience. This was by far the most pleasant experience at a large dealer that I also had to drive 50 miles to get to. Should the time come to step up and purchase a newer more powerful Mustang I would have no reservation about taking that ride again and I was very happy playing "Mustang Sally" on the stereo over a wireless connection as I drove out of their lot. Sorry to be so wordy but I love telling a good story.

We had the best experience at Herb Chambers Ford. George was up front with everything we needed to know. Took the time to get us options and explained everything we needed to know. They worked quickly to help us get in our new car while paying attention to every detail. Extremely friendly, helpful, honest and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!
