I had my scheduled 15,000 service appointment of my Edge. I was meet as soon as I drove into the service center in a pleasant and professional manner. I was there for about a hour and when the car was ready Matt came out explained what was done and suggested a I get a filter for the air flow and presented me the cost. Once that was completed I had a question regarding my Sync and Matt offered to go to the car to show me. Overall the experience was pleasurable and painless. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment I inquired by email, I received an affirmative response first by email then a call from Lisa Chamberlain, and then great follow-up from Omar Ananbeh. I was informed of possible discounts I would not have otherwise taken advantage of and was able to return my Ford lease although it was not the dealership of origin.
