We had a very good experience this week purchasing a 2018 Honda CRV. We had contacted Herb Chambers on-line and got quick reply. We had to wait a bit at the dealership but our sales person, Pedro, was polite, low pressure, and knowledgable. He told us what was available and gave us pricing. We took a test drive and decided to purchase, Pedro handled the rest. We came back the next day and our car was ready. Pedro gave us a thorough review of the car's features and how to use them. Annie is thrilled with her new car.

Received safety recall on 2010 Civic regarding air bag parts. Work done on a timely basis considering the amount of work needed to be done.
