Thank you Seth Anderson for making buying a new car such a great experience! I had looked at some other dealerships and was not happy at all with the salesmen I spoke with there....I felt pressured and uncomfortable. From the moment I sat down with Seth, I felt at ease. Seth took the time to listen to which features in a car were most important to me and then helped me decide on the Dodge Journey. We went for a test drive and I knew it was the perfect car for me. Seth is very easy to talk with, extremely personable & knowlegeable; I felt like I was buying a car from a good friend. I went back the next day to pick up my new car and Seth actually stayed well past closing to make sure I new how to work the Bluetooth, the satellite radio, etc before leaving. Also, Joe DePietro was wonderful when it was time for the financing. This was my first new car purchase so I was quite nervous. Joe really worked hard to make the financing work for me. If you are looking to buy a car, definitely see Seth Anderson at Herb Chambers, Danvers! Thank you for making my first new car purchase so enjoyable!! I love my new car!!

Was greeted with a smile and a firm handshake upon first visit to the dealership. Fast and friendly service. Didn't try to sell me on things that were not specific to my needs. Hit the nail on the head after giving my " must have's" in a car!

I had a great Experience at Herb Chambers of Danvers. Friendly, nice and understanding. Just a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the new car. Other than that, great experience.

I recently purchased a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Alan here at Herb Chambers. It was such a wonderful experience. I had looked at two other dealerships that weren't very knowledgeable or nearly as friendly as Alan, Will, and Joe at Herb Chambers. they did everything they could to get me a great price that beat the competition. If you're looking for a new Jeep, I strongly recommend going to Herb Chambers; you won't be disappointed!
