I just picked up my new 2017 Mercedes C300 4Matic this morning and I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield but more so and especially from my Product Specialist, Ms. Paige Babcock. Her service went above and beyond any service I have ever received at a dealership. My transaction was a bit convoluted as it was transpiring just as I started a two week vacation in a remote location with limited cell service. Paige went miles out of her way to keep the transaction on track and secure a vehicle I would be happy with. I highly recommend Flagship if you are looking a for top notch reputable dealership and Paige Babcock if you want to experience a highly personalized, thorough, detailed and satisfying vehicle purchasing or leasing experience!

My experience at Flagship Motorcars was by far one the best ever. The service he provided was beyond exceptional! He was extremely patient and worked very diligently to ensure I was completely satisfied. I felt as if I was guest in his home and not just a regular customer. I value great customer service and exhibited that and more. Honestly, I don't recall ever being this excited to purchase a vehicle.
