My boyfriend and I just recently purchased our first Mercedes and had our experience at flagship motor cars of Lynnfield. Everyone there was a great help, making sure we purchased the right vehicle for our family and our family budgets. Julia, Chris, Paul and Justin were all so friendly and patient with us. They did everything they could to accommodate our needs/wants. We love our GLC300! When we picked up the car Chris took the time to go over every feature of the car. That was great considering we didn't know how anything worked in a Mercedes! Thank you staff at Flagship you guys were awesome and we look forward to continuing our service with you guys!

Just had the best experience ever leasing a new car, and I know how stressful car shopping can be I've walked out of many dealerships before. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. If you are looking for a new car this is the place to go, ask for Chris Kosivas and the sales manager Julie and you will have the best experience ever!! They got me the best price possible and I went to multiple dealers prior and none even came close to the deals they gave me! Truly could not be more satisfied!

They take the stress out of car buying! They will do everything possible to get you the best price possible and make sure you leave happy. I have bought all my cars from them and have even tried shopping around before and no one can beat their prices. Very knowledge sales people, ask for Chris Kosivas and the sales manager Julie Papagano and I promise you will be satisfied!
