I just want to point out that this might be the best dealership I have ever dealt with where I have not purchased a car. Up front, no pressure, honest, nice in every way. They did not have the 2015 GLA that I wanted, due to a recall, totally understood my frustration, and talked to me even when I had purchased another vehicle at another dealer. I would recommend anybody looking for transparency and honesty and to be made to feel like you are the most important person to them , to go to Flagship. I wish things had worked out, I know in the future I will purchase a car fro them having talked to Kristin Laliberte and Danielle Keys. Again thanks so much for your time. My experience at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield was amazing. Franco, Gil and Elder were great to us, they made us feel so comfortable and helped us thru out the whole process. The team deserves 5 stars. They will help you from the moment you walk in until you close the deal. They did everything they could to see me walk out of there with my dream car, they were very flexible negotiating the monthly payment to fit my budget and gave me a great price to trade-in my old car.
