Highly recommend this dealership! Im a Real Estate Broker for the past 30 years and always owned a BMW. When I was referred to Jim Estabrook, he did the soft sell as I do by listening and helping to negotiate the price I wanted to pay for the 2018 MercedesGLC 300 SUV. Can't say enough about the sales service we received from Arthur Kloack. Arthur is extremely personable, detail-oriented and definitely strives for customer satisfaction. He was always in contact with us by telephone and kept us informed. He found a car for us that we are extremely satisfied with. We would also like to say that Justin Kloack was extremely helpful and had all of our P&S papers in order and ready to go for signing when we came in for our car. Everything was seamless. We would definitely refer friends and anyone interested in buying a car to Flagship Motorcars.
