I for one am amazed that people like to car shop!! That being said today I got my 7th Mercedes from flagship most cars of lynfield , I have always used Julia Pugagno who knows me so well that this time I didn't look at or test drive the car and it was just what I wanted!! A great consumer experience can be considered lucky. But 2 in 6 months? Much more than luck! Sean is a consummate professional focused on the customer. Excellent communication and follow-up. Plan do work with him again and again! My delivery was handled by Suada Kolenovic. It was simply the best delivery I have ever experienced. Smart, knowledgeable and very customer centric, she had a way of "teaching" without making the technology overwhelming. Best hour I ever spent learning about how everything works!
