This is my third visit back to Rancier at Herb Chambers and I received the same exceptional customer service, honesty, and professionalism as I have in the past which keeps me coming back. I used to dread buying cars. The games, the negotiating, the hard sell, etc. The experience at Herb Chambers, and with Rancier specifically, is no pressure and completely transparent. Rancier had a quote emailed to me. They put their best price in writing from the start and it was exactly as they stated when I went into the dealership. Rancier is so easy to work with and low pressure that he tried to convince me to buy a less expensive trim level (which I didn't end up doing but I appreciated his effort). Rancier and the dealership strive to ensure every customer is completely satisified and don't stop until that happens. He is extremely responsive, even on his days off. I am so happy I have found Rancier and Herb Chambers and will continue to be a life long customer.

Rancier was so helpful during this process ! He was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel any pressure from him or his coworkers to buy a car that day. He helped me with the entire process of test driving, buying,car inspection, and registering my new car. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, and especially Rancier - he’s amazing !

I just wanted to say rancher was excellent, he thoroughly answered any questions and concerns I had,he also went above and beyond to give me options on getting rid of my old vehicle. If any family and friends need a car I won’t hesitate to recommend rancher.also the person who helped show me all the gadgets on my new car was excellent unfortunately I don’t recall his name
