I worked with with Sam for almost a week to trade in my car. He tried as hard as he could to get where I wanted to be for monthly payments and succeeded. I personally do not like to be pushed into something I do not want, but Sam and Brian were honest and were right to the point. These are the kind of people I prefer to consult with. The service at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is extremely professional. They treat you like you are important even though I was just in for a simple B1 service - oil change plus safety check. They found two filters that needed replacing and took care of everything as quickly as possible despite being very busy that day. I always get great attention when at this dealership. From what I observe they treat everyone the same - with professionalism and care. I will keep coming back here as long as I live in the area. A special thanks to my service advisor Kelvin Almonte for his attention and service during my visit!
