This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Herb Chambers - Seekonk. The purchase was completed in less than three hours with Jim Downing as our salesman. No pressure, answered every question we had, and just extremely pleasant to work with. We've told my sister and parents to go there since they are looking to buy a vehicle. Today my wife and I purchased a car from a dealer and it was a great experience. The car was a used Camry, being sold at a Honda dealership. The price was fair and the salesman, Albert Hajdaraj, was professional, personable and knowledgable. He made the entire experience very easy. I also dealt with Danielle via email before my arrival and she was outstanding as well, answering my questions quickly without being too pushy. Ryan McDonald who helped Albert get the car ready for the road was efficient and very funny. All in all a very good experience on a hot and busy day at the dealership.
