He wasn’t pushy and he was extremely easy to work with. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the process making it extremely easy. On top of that Joshua Black helped me through the financing part and helped me get to a number I was comfortable with. Our experience was pleasant. Michelle in the service department was wonderful to work with and accommodating to our needs while our vehicle was being serviced. I believe the service department went above and beyond to help us out during the long wait for needed repair parts to arrive. Michelle provided regular updates regarding the progress of repairs.

Salesman needed to have more patience he was wanted to get right to the sale after test drive. Good thing I was a customer that did my research on the truck I bought or I probably would have left or ask for manager. Finance person John was good and I thought with my good credit score I should have gotten better rate. Overall good experience.
