I had the best experience at Palm. Rocky, Frank and Sandy were all amazing. Walking into the dealership, you feel the family dynamics and become part of it. I was very upside down in the car I had and didn't think it was going to be possible to even get approved for a loan. Sandy worked her magic and was able to get me into a brand new car with no money down. Rocky and Frank went out of their way to make sure I loved my new car and my experience. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

I recently bought a new Mazda cx5 from Palm Mazda and had a great experience. We met with Rocky on three seperate occasions and quickly realized that he stands out amongst so many other salespeople we have dealt with while car shopping. He was very patient and not once did he play the typical sales games. On the third trip I went to the dealership on my own, and was quite nervous to buy a car on my own- I have had experiences where going alone for a simple oil change I have had to deal with people trying to take advantage simply because I am a woman, so the idea of buying a car solo as a woman was nerve wracking. Between my dealings with him and his manager Frank, they made the entire experience stress-free and they never made me feel like I should have brought backup along to get what I want. They listened to my wants, my deal-breakers, and made everything I wanted happen. I would recommend these guys over and over again!

Bought my 2016 Mazda6 here and the sales team was one of the Best I ever worked with. The sales manager checked on me multiple times, but not like at other dealerships we went to in the area where it felt like he was annoying me. Thanks Palm.
