Adrianne and the team at Bob Baker were the best! The purchase experience was hassle free, unlike the typical back and forth car sales process. A lot of the footwork was done via email and so when we arrived, everything was pretty much good to go for us. I talked with Angela click in internet sales early on a Saturday and within 5 minutes was given a great bottom line price and excellent financing promotion on the 2012 Dodge Durango Crew AWD I had spotted on-line. We were on a hunt for a Nissan Xterra, we had a color (interior and exterior) in mind and a year (2008). We wanted lower miles and lightly used in appearance. We aren't ones for just dropping by dealership lots, the pressure from typical car dealers is just too much for us. So we settles on looking online daily. One day this PERFECT Xterra popped up. We went to Bob Baker because of reputation as a great dealership. We were greeted by a very knowledgeable, courteous salesman (Manuel Hernandez). The key thing that stood out to my husband and I, where the patience they had for showing us everything we needed to know and be aware of. Bottom line, they know how to treat their customers!
