From the moment I pulled up the process was very well planned and handled flawlessly. I was greeted by the service tech at my car door who noted my service needs; an oil change. He escorted me into the service lobby and introduced me to the service rep who wrote up my order and informed me that they were also going to replace a sensor that had a recall. In less than 20 minutes I was informed that my car was ready. They also provided me with a free coupon for a car wash. Very pleasant experience and I even had a donut (which I shouldn't have eaten).

Incredible people - wonderful salesman (ask for Gabrielle) and Management (Salina - super nice and honest). The team is nice and they will help you get into the car of your dreams. I also like that the staff seems 50/50 men and women which made me feel more comfortable. I had a wonderful experience at Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala. It was worth the 40 minute drive from home to buy a car from them. I absolutely love this car (Hyundai Ionic Hybrid) and love the people I bought it from from mgmt to sales and all that is in between this is a well run dealership. Dealt with Jeremy off the bat, and was just looking for bottom line cash price. He asked a couple of simple questions, re: tax, title, extras that always seem hidden at other dealerships, and from there we agreed on a "bottom line" "out the door" price. I might have left a few dollars on the table, but felt the price I secured was more than fair. He turned me over to Carolyn who completed the paperwork, and it was just that simple. Very pleased with entire process.
