Last weekend, I came in to check out one of the new Land Cruisers and ended up driving home with it! This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Woburn Toyota—the first was back in 2020. You always have the best selection of models with the options I’m looking for. During this visit, I was greeted outside by Jose on a beautiful day. He was pleasant and enthusiastic. Even without an appointment, I was helped immediately. I had spotted the exact Land Cruiser I wanted on your website and hoped to take it for a test drive. Recently, my family and I were in search of a reliable vehicle and we were referred to Kenny O. who has previously assisted our friend. This has to be by far one of the best dealerships around. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. I got my first car here 4 years ago and went in to trade in and get a new car this past week. Peter was our sales associate this time around. He was supper helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. He also made sure to reach out after to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. The maintenance team here is also very helpful and honest with all their recommendations. Highly recommend! I had to have my 2011 Toyota in for maintenance and was extremely happy with the entire experience. John Russo the Tech Advisor was extremely friendly and very very helpful. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. John is the type of employee that any dealership would be lucky to have as a representative for their company.

they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.
