I have been coming to this dealership for three lease series now and have always had good experiences. This time around I was lucky enough to work with Samantha, a sales associate who made my life so easy. She was so kind, personable, and excellent with communication throughout the entire process. She made the process of leasing (which is normally a headache for me) extremely easy and streamlined. I hope she is still here for my next time coming back! I recommend Samantha as a sales associate to anyone coming into Woburn Toyota- she really knows what she’s doing.

I had to have my 2011 Toyota in for maintenance and was extremely happy with the entire experience. John Russo the Tech Advisor was extremely friendly and very very helpful. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. John is the type of employee that any dealership would be lucky to have as a representative for their company.

they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.
