I had to have my 2011 Toyota in for maintenance and was extremely happy with the entire experience. John Russo the Tech Advisor was extremely friendly and very very helpful. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.
