Ken Oeun is my salesperson. He is very patient with me and tries to work with me. At the end, we reached to the agreement that makes my wife and I very happy about the new truck. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.
