Wow wow wow!!!! Gavin and Chuck (Charles) have given me the best car buying experience ever. The 2020 Toyota Corolla is my first car. Even though I have always escorted family to dealerships, this was the first I have been to a dealership to buy my own car. They made everything easy for me. The car i got is the best. Gavin helped me choose it but there was no pressure. I went to the dealership with an open mind. Gavin knew exactly what I wanted in a car and got me exactly that. Chuck helped me get my car registered even though my circumstances were a bit tricky and they also helped get the insurance. I have a lot to write but for the sake of time I will stop here. All i can say is that these guys ( Gavin and Chuck) are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who visits Woburn Toyota.

First of all I want to say that Kristina Zarka, Samantha Clark, Elaine, and Hank are an excellent team. I never got around to writing a review at the time, but wanted to show some recognition to everyone who worked together to get me into my new vehicle. After getting into my accident back in January of this year, I was very set on getting a new Sienna for my next vehicle, but little did I know how hard it was to find one I liked due to the shortage and high demand. Kristina reached out to me about a Sienna in production around mid June and kept up to date with me about it the whole time day or night until I finally picked up the vehicle late August. When she wasnt available, she referred me to Sam and Elaine and they too stayed on top of anything I asked regarding the vehicle, up until even after I had already picked up the car Kristina made sure to check up. Hank did an excellent job at making the financing process as easy as possible and I couldn't have left happier. I wanted to say thank you for the amazing teamwork and cooperation in getting me into this great car. I love it and the family loves it. I would love to do business in the future again.
