On August 1st, 2024, I just traded in my 2021 Camry XSE and bought a brand new 2025 Camry XSE Red Interior AWD from Woburn Toyota. My Salesman, HANY FARES, is making a process of buying car so easy for me, no pressure, everything went so smooth and he makes me feel so welcome the first time I walked in. I was in and out around 4 hours and got my car out the same day. Also, gotta shout out to the Sale Manager, Sergio Sazo, he is a pretty nice guy too; he helps me out while I was over there shopping for my car. Thumb 👍🏻 up for, Sergio !!! When I signed the paperwork for finance, the Finance Manager, Jerry Gannon, make the signing process so easy and fast, also, he explained me everything all about my interest rate, my contracts and everything. Good finance guy, thanks you, JERRY GANNON 😊 Overall, I’m happy with the process for buying brand new 2025 Camry XSE !!! Gotta give them 5 stars for their good customer service 👌👌👌

Ken Oeun is my salesperson. He is very patient with me and tries to work with me. At the end, we reached to the agreement that makes my wife and I very happy about the new truck. My sales rep was Galvin. He was friendly and helpful, but more importantly he exuded rare qualities “honesty and transparency” which can be hard to find in the car sales industry. He was true to his word throughout the entire process and made it especially easy on me every step of the way. I over paid 5k and if it wasn’t for his due diligence and honesty I wouldn’t have caught this expensive mistake. This is the ultimate integrity!!!! I had to have my 2011 Toyota in for maintenance and was extremely happy with the entire experience. John Russo the Tech Advisor was extremely friendly and very very helpful. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. John is the type of employee that any dealership would be lucky to have as a representative for their company.

they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.
