I must say the service at Woburn Toyota was exceptional. Melvin Tavares was a pleasure to work with. He sold us a car in another location a couple years back. We liked his service so much that we searched him out and found that he worked for Woburn Toyota. I am glad that we were able to find Melvin. We weren't too sure if we were going to walk out with a new car but Melvin was willing to go above and beyond to work with us. I had to have my 2011 Toyota in for maintenance and was extremely happy with the entire experience. John Russo the Tech Advisor was extremely friendly and very very helpful. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. John is the type of employee that any dealership would be lucky to have as a representative for their company.

they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.
