I bought my car about a month ago and I was notified that there was an opened. Recall, I called Matt B Honda made an appointment scheduled my day dropped it off. They were done in three hours picked it up effortlessly and I was in the middle of paving the parking lot and everything. They never even know it they were very nice professional. I previously went to another dealer closer to my house and it was a nightmare. I joke that I felt like they kept me hostage. When it came time for me to trade my lease, I was miserable at the thought of having to go back to that dealer. That’s when a co-worker digested Matt Byrne. I am so thankful I took his advice. The difference was like night and day. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. They even allowed my best friend to drive a few vehicles even though she was exactly in the market for a new car right now.
