Very honest and nice to deal with. Always a pleasant experience. You won’t feel “like a numberâ€. I like the fact that they acknowledge you when you come in, even if they are very busy. Plus they have Starbucks coffee! I don’t mind waiting for my car with WiFi, TV and snacks and coffee.

First time using service department, in and out in less than an hour as promised. Had an issue with the cost, Matt, stepped up and resolved quickly to my complete satisfaction. Will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone. They understand the concept of customer service. Can't say that about many businesses these days.

Made the appointment on Thursday, was surprised to be able to get one the next day, even though it was just an oil change and tire rotation. Was a quick service too. Nice waiting area with donuts and coffee.

From checkin to checkout the staff treat you like your the only customer they are taking care of.
