This is by far one of the BEST SERVICE I’ve experienced. Since day one I’ve been taking my car to get serviced with Elvis, and he has yet to let me down. He’s consistent with updating me as to what’s going on with my car. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does. He’s very clear on explaining any issues that need to be fixed with my vehicle to where I understand. Elvis does his BEST to get my car serviced and back in my hands on a timely manner. Elvis is someone you can TRUST with your vehicle. He ALWAYS keeps his word. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced by Elvis. Oh and can’t forget Elvis ALWAYS makes sure my car doesn’t leave without a car wash! 😁

This has to be the best service dealership in Miami. I had an Infiniti for 8 years serviced here and recently bought another Infiniti. The service, knowledge and empathy Steve has provided the few times I’ve had to go is awesome. If only more representatives at dealerships and service industry places were as understanding and helpful. Highly recommend!
