After he learned that I might be interested in purchasing a vehicle, Tim Goolsby (Sales) made occasional attempts to contact me via phone and email, offering assistance as appropriate. Face to face meeting was very pleasant. The Toyota team handled all the paperwork (even to calling USAA) to insure insurance, title, ETC, was handled properly. I give LHM or Peoria a 5 star rating because of how I am treated each time. If you want a fair deal, Ask for Shannon and she will give you the best most honest deal in the valley.
