I want to thank Maria again for making this experience so easy. She was very kind and kept me informed through the whole process. I explained to Maria that I have been to another dealership and was not treated in the best manner. I spent days at that particular dealership and could not afford to take another day off from work. Maria was able to do all the paperwork while I was at work and when I was done working she had everything together so I only had to sign the paperwork. Maria you rock! While looking for a new SUV in my local area, I encountered your usual shady car salesmen. He listened to what I wanted and was able to construct a deal that covered all my needs. Joel and John Frederick a finance manager who was also extremely efficient and professional closed the deal. In less than three hours I was driving away in my beautiful new Highlander. I can honestly say this was the smoothest, most trouble free car buying experience in my lifetime.
