I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Rav 4 at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield! Ray happily greeted me and carefully listened to what brought me there. The Toyota that I had for 17 years was hard for me to give up! I loved my Toyota! But it was time to find something new. Ray didn’t pressure me to make a sale. He was knowledgeable and showed me great alternatives. He made the car purchasing experience very pleasant. Dave in Finance was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He too offered some great suggestions. Anyway I love my Rav 4! I will have this car for the next 17 years!

I am now the happy owner of a 4Runner TRD Off-Road. Eddie Ruiz, the gentleman who sold me my 4Runner, was awesome! He worked hard to find me what I wanted and at a fair price... two difficult things to do in this challenging market. Eddie was patient with me and he answered my many questions. I was expecting the hard sell, but I never got it. He was low-key and very respectful to me. I had low expectations about my buying experience, but Eddie hit it out of the park. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the financial aspects, but Tom Moore made it very easy. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Ray Sperbeck was a great salesman! We were driving in dealership lot looking for a new Venza when Ray saw us and noticed our golden retriever in the back seat.
