My experience was AMAZING! Joshua has the best personality and I appreciate his patience with me as I was anxious about the entire process. He was very engaging and made the process of purchasing my vehicle a breeze. Jimmy was equally awesome for explaining the finance part of my journey and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything. I had a wonderful service appointment with Jim Keras Chevrolet. This dealership has exceeded all of my expectations for a service visit. The scheduling was a breeze, I called to schedule instead of online due to me having a VIP offer with the purchase of my vehicle. Daniel Montoya was the advisor who greeted me and walked me through what all to expect on my visit. He was very informative and I could tell he really enjoys and takes pride in his work. He gave me an estimated time for the services and also let me know there were some refreshments available in the lounge as I waited. The lounge was spacious and extremely clean. I had a wonderful and quick visit and I would like to thank Daniel Montoya personally for being so patient and professional with all of my questions and concerns. I had dealt with Michael Merritt online and he went out of his was to take videos of the car I was wanting, as I live nearly 3 hours away. He emailed me and text me to give me as much info as possible. I drove to Memphis and was helped by an equally nice man named Henry Walker. Mind you I was looking at the cheapest car on the lot that they had for sale, a 3500 dollar car. Both men treated me as if I was interested in the most valuable car on the lot. They are top of the line people that will help you no matter if you are rich or poor. I was treated extremely kind , its nice to know there are still good , trustworthy people and Henry Walker and Michael Merritt are two of the nicest guys out there. You can trust them.
