I have never experience first class customer service until I came in contact with The Land Rover dealership in Cherry Hill. My wife and I was looking for a Discovery Sport with seven seats and we called Cherry Hill. When I mean from the first call it was professionalism. From the introduction to scheduling a test drive. There is a big difference between a sales rep and a Sales Guide! When I tell you about value I tell you about a great man. Mr. Adam j Butler was nothing short of amazing. I never experienced nothing like it. The communication was top notch. The caring that me and my wife make it safe in traffic astounding. And he is a man of his word. He got me the price much lower than I requested. Unreal! His honesty was important. He was so educated on the product. But not just Adam they had this magical dog that met me and wife when we pulled up! The experience was in real. And the reception was so warm and offering beverages as we wait. It was unbelievable. And I am not giving fluff! This was my experience. They made it so easy. I will shop no where else but there to get my vehicles. I am looking to get the Defender next!! Even the other Sales personnel and management staff it was perfection. Given stars is not enough I will be the spokesman for this location and will get them continued business. GREAT JOB!

Adam Butler In April 2024, I purchased a 2025 jaguar F Pace from Jaguar Range Rover of Cherry Hill. Being it was a 2025, I needed to custom order it. Our sales person, Adam Butler, was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process. We returned to Adam for the second time after leasing a range Rover Evoque the past three years, and we knew he was the man for the job. He’s extremely personable and informative. He always goes above and beyond, and is always in touch to see if we needed anything or had any questions. When working on our new purchase, he showed us multiple options, helped us build the model, and knew exactly what we were looking for. He kept us updated throughout the entire time that car was being shipped over to the United States. He even helped transfer over my EZ pass to the new car. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant and friendly experience. I definitely recommend Jaguar Land Rover Cherry Hill and Adam Butler as your sales rep.
