I called to check if the service department had any openings for that day. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and told me she could help, and when I got to the dealership everyone that did help me was super respectful of me and of my time. They finished the service and had me going down the road in less than 30 minutes. Best vehicle service experience I’ve ever had.

What a pleasure it was to work with Hasan Amarneh of Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. We had special auto requirements. Hasan worked to configure our requirements, spent time and effort to have our car built to meet our special requests, and then tracked the car for 6 weeks while it was being built. He kept us informed during the entire process. After the car was delivered Hasan continued to work to make sure our special requirements were satisfied. If this is what Hasan does for special delivery, imagine what he will do for those not requiring anything but a great Toyota.

Sales staff very polite. Not too pushy. Facilities are comfortable. The quickest I,be ever bought a car-in and out with trade-in and new car in about 2 1/2 hours.

We were treated with respect in everything from our phone inquiry to driving off the lot with a car and with follow up e-mail inquiries and information. Our salesman was informed and very helpful and other people were very good about asking us if we needed any help. The whole transaction was a pleasant experience.

Rodney Bradley and the whole team were great. I went in to look at the RAV4 while my Camry was being serviced, and walked out with a 2021 RAV4. Rodney made sure to show me what I was interested in and tell me all of the features offered. There was a misunderstanding with the interest rate and the team did everything they could to be sure I was happy with the payment, terms, and interest rate so that I could leave with a new vehicle knowing I got a good deal and was listened to. I appreciate everyone that I came into contact with and their willingness to work with me and listen to my needs and concerns.
