This is our first experience dealing with Jacks Chevrolet. We were greeted with very friendly people. Our agent, Duncan, who worked with us was very personable and was very attentive to all of our questions. Duncan was punctual and explained clear answers to our questions. Duncan is the best. I love him and everything about Jack Chevrolet. As an autistic female I can tell you I've never purchased l a vehicle without feeling pressured or bullied. I felt cozy and safe and I met almost everyone on the team. I made friends with people who weren't even helping me. I even met the mechanic who will be doing the work on my car. And I bought an extra key 🗝️ to leave at the dealership - because if my head wasn't attached to my body, I'd lose that too.
