The guy at the service department when I pulled in was awesome. Greeted me before I was out of my vehicle. Got everything situated with my appointment, asked if I was staying or coming back after my service. As I told him that I was staying, he told me where the waiting room was and to help myself with the beverages and that he would text or call when my car was done. He then actually came out and got me yo say my car was done. As I was paying he gave my a couple of t-shirts. There was a birthday celebration in sales while we were there and they came and asked us to join them in having cake and cookies. My daughter loved that part. Great experience as usual
